These Offerings are made available to the Users exclusively through the Company's application.
This Policy, read together with the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, constitutes the complete understanding between You and the Company with respect to the use of the Platform. Location Data:
GPS-based location data used to send Professionals to Your doorstep; and to display the current location of the Professionals to the admin.
Background location data of Professionals to enable real-time tracking of the Professionals by the customers.
Photographs:
Profile pictures or before/after service images voluntarily uploaded by the Professional customers images; and customer only upload Profile pictures
Permission to access customer’s gallery.
Government ID Details (Only for Professionals)
Aadhaar Number
PAN Number
Permission to access the contact list of the customer.
Collection of Personal Information via Social Networking Sites (Except for Professionals)
You may choose to log into our Platform using your social networking accounts (Facebook, Instagram and/or Google account). In such cases, You will be required to enter your login credentials associated with that account. Upon doing so, We may request access to and collect the following Personal Information from Your profile, depending on your privacy settings:

Profile picture
Gender
Date of Birth
Email address
Social Id
By granting such access, You allow Us to collect and store this Personal Information.
Purpose of collecting and storing information

Deletion of the Personal Information of the User and its Retention
We retain and store Your account details and Personal Information for as long as Your account remains active on Our Platform, in order to provide You with our Offerings and to enhance Your booking and Service experience.
You have the option to delete Your account and all the personal details in the account. Post deletion of Your account from Our Platform, We will remove Your Personal Information from Our active database within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined below.
Post deletion of account, certain information may be retained by us for analytical, research, or business policy purposes in collective mode and not on individual basis such that the data will not identify you personally and will be used solely in a collective, non-individualized manner. We may store Your contact details to send You promotional messages via SMS or email. You may opt out of receiving these text messages by contacting Us at info@miss25.com. Further, We may also retain transactional data generated on the Platform.
